A National Mentorship Experience by Classy Chick Chat
The NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy is a structured, live virtual leadership experience designed for girls ages 10–17 who are ready to grow in confidence, strengthen their identity, and develop the skills to lead boldly in today’s world.
This 6-session academy (March–May 2026) serves as a national mentorship pipeline, connecting girls from across the country in a safe, supportive, and empowering sisterhood. Through twice-monthly live sessions, participants engage in guided discussions, hands-on growth activities, and interactive leadership development exercises designed to build both inner confidence and practical life skills.
All sessions are held on Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM EST:

• May 7
• May 21
Each month focuses on a transformational theme:
• March – Identity & Confidence
• April – Leadership & Communication
• May – Vision, Courage & Future Goals
Girls will learn how to:
Discover and articulate who they are
Develop authentic confidence
Strengthen their voice and communication skills
Build healthy boundaries and decision-making habits
Set goals and create a vision for their future
The academy also includes:

✨ Certificate of completion
