Brittany Watson

Brittany Watson is the Founder and Executive Director of Classy Chick Chat, a mentoring organization she established in 2018 to empower young women ages 8-24 to build confidence, character, leadership, and purpose. Under her leadership, Classy Chick Chat has grown into a thriving platform known for its impactful workshops, mentorship programs, and sold-out conferences that equip the next generation of female leaders with essential life skills.

Driven by her passion for personal growth and leadership development, Brittany continues to expand Classy Chick Chat’s reach while remaining committed to uplifting young women to walk boldly in who they are. Her vision is to grow Classy Chick Chat into a Fortune 500-level corporation that creates lasting impact for women and communities worldwide.

I am not just a tutor, I am an inspiring teacher and mentor who sees this work as a true calling. My approach is rooted in a deep love for children and a passion for helping them become the best versions of themselves. Education is more than academics; it’s about building confidence, character, and belief in one’s potential.

I was once the child who lacked self-assurance, and I’ve seen firsthand how knowledge and encouragement can transform a life. My tutoring is God-centered and focused on nurturing the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. I prioritize mental health and intentionally create a safe, supportive environment where students feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Beyond instruction, I serve as a mentor—teaching students how to think, feel, and act effectively while leveraging my bilingual skills to support diverse learners. My goal is to prepare students not only for academic success, but for life.

  • This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of school-aged children who want to better support their child’s academic success, confidence, and overall growth. Whether your child is thriving or struggling, this experience is designed to meet you right where you are.

  • The workshop itself is for parents only so you can focus, learn, and ask questions freely. Childcare will be provided onsite, and your child will be cared for by licensed professionals who have completed clear background checks, so you can participate with peace of mind.

  • The strategies shared during this workshop are helpful for parents of children in elementary through middle school. The tools you’ll receive can also be adapted for older students.

  • You will learn how to:

    • Support your child’s learning at home

    • Build confidence and motivation

    • Create effective homework and study routines

    • Communicate in ways that encourage growth and independence

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to invite another parent, caregiver, or family member. This experience is even better when shared. Each adult attendee will need to complete their own registration.

  • Yes, the $25 fee is per adult and includes the full workshop experience, materials, and light refreshments.

  • If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you or transfer your registration.
