A National Mentorship Experience by Classy Chick Chat

The NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy is a structured, live virtual leadership experience designed for girls ages 10–17 who are ready to grow in confidence, strengthen their identity, and develop the skills to lead boldly in today’s world.

This 6-session academy (March–May 2026) serves as a national mentorship pipeline, connecting girls from across the country in a safe, supportive, and empowering sisterhood. Through twice-monthly live sessions, participants engage in guided discussions, hands-on growth activities, and interactive leadership development exercises designed to build both inner confidence and practical life skills.

Academy Session Dates

All sessions are held on Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM EST:

Each month focuses on a transformational theme:

• April – Leadership & Communication
• May – Vision, Courage & Future Goals

Girls will learn how to:

  • Discover and articulate who they are

Drop-in sessions offer a flexible way for girls ages 10–17 to experience the NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy without committing to the full cohort. These individual sessions provide meaningful mentorship, engaging leadership discussions, and hands-on growth activities designed to strengthen confidence, identity, and personal development.

While each session delivers powerful insight and connection, the academy is intentionally designed as a progressive leadership journey. Girls who participate in the full cohort benefit from deeper relationships, continuous skill-building, and a more transformational experience.

Session Time: 7:00–8:30 PM EST
Format: Live Virtual Experience

Important Enrollment Note

To ensure participants receive hands-on program materials, drop-in registrations must be completed at least 7 days prior to the selected session date. Registrations received less than one week in advance are welcome to attend but may not receive materials in time for the live session.

Participants do not need prior leadership experience — just a willingness to learn, engage, and grow.

  • The NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy is a structured leadership experience — not a lecture-style class. Girls participate in live discussions, mentorship conversations, hands-on activities, and leadership challenges that promote real growth and confidence. Each session is intentionally designed to be interactive, supportive, and transformational.

  • Sessions take place on Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM EST on the following dates:

    Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions to receive the full benefit of the academy experience.

  • Because each session builds upon the next, consistent attendance is encouraged. If an absence is unavoidable, please notify our team in advance so we can provide any available resources.

  • Yes! Participants will receive hands-on program materials to support workshop activities, along with a certificate of completion at the end of the academy.

    Materials are shipped to the address provided during registration, so we encourage families to enroll early to ensure timely delivery.

  • Yes — a limited number of Single Session Experiences are available as space permits.

  • Participants should have access to a reliable internet connection and a device with video capability.

    To support engagement and minimize distractions, girls are expected to join each session from a quiet, background noise-free environment.

  • Girls leave the academy with greater confidence, a stronger sense of identity, leadership tools for real-life situations, and meaningful connections with peers who are committed to growth.

    Many parents find that their daughters begin showing up more boldly — both academically and socially — after completing the experience.

  • Yes! Academy participants receive priority access to exclusive Classy Chick Chat experiences, leadership events, and future programs designed to support their continued growth.

  • Due to the planning, materials, and personalized preparation involved in the NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy, all registrations are non-refundable.

    Once enrollment is confirmed, your daughter’s seat is reserved and program materials are prepared in advance.

    If your daughter is unable to attend after registering, you may request to transfer her enrollment to a future academy session, if space is available.
