Her Voice Is Ready: NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy

Classy Chick Chat is proud to announce the national launch of the NextGen Girl Leaders Virtual Academy, a live virtual leadership experience created for girls ages 12–17 during one of the most important stages of their development. This Academy assists girls build confidence, strengthen communication skills, explore their identity, and develop a clear vision for their future.

Unlike traditional online classes, the Academy is highly interactive. Participants will speak, reflect, collaborate, practice leadership, and engage in meaningful conversations with mentors and guest speakers. Every session is intentionally designed to make leadership practical, relatable, and empowering.

The Academy builds on the success of the Launch & Lead Series, held in April and June this year, girls across the country were introduced to foundational leadership skills, emotional wellness, communication, resilience, and career exploration. Through these experiences, girls learned that leadership is about using their voice with purpose, making thoughtful decisions, and creating positive change.

Enrollment for every  cohort is intentionally limited to 20–25 participants nationwide to ensure every girl is seen, heard, challenged, and supported. Girls who complete the program receive a certificate of completion, practical leadership tools, stronger self-awareness, and access to a community that believes in their potential.

At the heart of this movement is Brittany Watson, Founder and Executive Director of Classy Chick Chat. Her vision goes beyond teaching leadership; she is building the kind of mentorship ecosystem she once wished every girl could access. From her early work as a Big Sister mentor to creating a national leadership incubator, Brittany is committed to helping girls lead with character, confidence, and conviction.
